The team from Diamond Systems exhibited at the recent Hospitality Exchange event in Ramada Plaza, Belfast, showcasing one of our latest products – CCTV Analytics software from leading global manufacturer, Axis Communications. The software was certainly a talking point for all the visitors to the stand, including the Northern Ireland Hotel Federation President, Mr Ciaran O’Neill. Using innovative technology, the software provided gender and age analytics on all those who passed by the stand throughout the two day exhibition.
Always at the forefront of technology, Diamond Systems are adding value to hospitality and retail businesses through CCTV analytics packages which track visitor numbers, profile customers, and enable more accurate forecasting of staffing needs.
The CCTV software also aids the evaluation of marketing and promotional campaigns, analysing trends and creating customisable, automated reports. Remote CCTV viewing also helps improve efficiency and observe service standards, enhancing the customers’ overall experience at hospitality premises or venues.
Diamond Systems were thrilled to round off the event by attending the fabulous Posh Pumpkin Party at the Ramada Plaza, and were joined by Mike Estall, Head of UK Sales at Siemens Fire Products, Ron Hogg, Managing Director of Whitespace Design Consultancy, Mark Brooks, Commercial Manager at Belfast Giants, and Steve Thornton, Head of Hockey Operations at Belfast Giants.
