City Quays 3 is currently the largest Grade ‘A’ office development in Belfast. The 16-storey, 250,000 square foot building, designed by Belfast-based architects RPP, has been built to the BREEAM Excellent sustainability standard, placing it in the top 10 per cent of sustainable new buildings in the UK.

Now complete, City Quays 3 can facilitate up to 1,800 workers and office fit outs are currently underway. Diamond Systems are currently delivering routine and reactive maintenance at this location.
