CHAIRMAN
Tom founded the company in 1987 and remains involved in the Senior Management of the Company, overseeing major decisions at Board Level. Tom has over 40 years’ experience in the security and life safety industry, and is a former Chairman of industry bodies including the BSIA and FIA.
Joint Managing Director
Angela joined the family business as the Company Accountant in 2008, having previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton UK. Angela became Financial Director in 2010, before taking on the role of Joint Managing Director in 2018. Angela is responsible for Business Development, HR, Finance and Administration.
Joint Managing Director
Steve joined the family business over 25 years ago, starting out as an apprentice engineer before progressing to the roles of Installation Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Technical Director, Managing Director then Joint Managing Director. Steve is responsible for all technical aspects of the business including Products, Partners, Research and Development, and Systems Design.
Operations Manager
Julieann joined Diamond in September 2001 and has been working in the security and life safety industry for over 25 years. After over 20 years as Office Manager, Julieann was promoted in 2022 to Operations Manager, and is now reponsible for the engineering and administration teams.
